Terms of Service

As the client, you are tasked with ensuring clear and safe entry and exit to the yard (if access is blocked and cleaning cannot occur, you will still be billed for that visit), promptly informing us of any changes in the number of pets and settling outstanding balances on time.

If grass is overgrown or property is unmanageable to clean for a variety of reasons, we will bill you for the visit. We will reach out to communicate the need for the area to be serviced to be properly trimmed/cut or picked up. This way we can facilitate the service you hired us for. Thank you for understanding.

Severe weather may render a scheduled cleanup unsafe or unfeasible. Should this happen, we will take on the responsibility of tending to your yard at the earliest possible opportunity.

If your pet(s) won’t be using the yard for a period (e.g., due to travel, sickness, etc.) and you’d like to avoid charges for unneeded visits, please notify us ahead of time to temporarily suspend service.

We are not liable for any damage to yards, gates, pets, or other property.

Fees and promotional offers may be adjusted periodically. In such uncommon cases, we will provide you with at least two (2) weeks’ notice before changes take effect.

Service may be canceled by either party with written notice at any time. Any unpaid amounts must be paid within 15 days.

By starting service, both parties accept these terms and obligations.
